what i’ve done?
Teaching
At the beginning of my career I taught at College for a few years. A great opportunity to hone my presentation skills, my hability to explain complex concepts and make them engaging.
I want to think that I still carry those skills with me :)
Coding
In 10 years coding, I develop a bit with java, but I'm definitely a scripting kind-of-gal (python and php mainly).
I always thought that only somebody who has developed can understand the needs of other developers and lead them sucessfully... And that I do.
Leading
And then, 5 years ago, I found my true calling: helping fellow developers do their best. Challenge, coach, motivate and support them.
I trully believe in taking care of your people for them to take care of your customers.
